Real, meaningful culture change takes time and requires nurturing in order to become deeply rooted. At Johnson & Wales University (JWU), we’ve committed to a multi-year transformation of our outcomes assessment process and are strategically using our adoption of Taskstream as a stimulus for creating a shared university culture of evidence. In this session, our Preliminary Pilot Assessment (PPA) process will be presented as a model for fostering faculty engagement in building the infrastructure for program outcomes assessment. Best practices and lessons-learned will provide participants with important insights for possible application of our approach within their own institutions.
