In 2012, South Piedmont Community College conducted environmental scanning and community wide listening sessions to gather quantitative and qualitative data in preparation for a new strategic plan. The plan was developed along with associated operational tasks designed to provide direct measurement of progress on the strategic goals. Learn how South Piedmont used the Accountability Management System (AMS) by Taskstream to monitor strategic plan progress and provide a variety of robust reporting options for internal and external stakeholders. This session will also elaborate on how strategic planning integrates with assessment, institutional research, and budget planning to sustain institutional effectiveness at the College.
